RouteWizard ("the app", "we", "us") is a multi‑stop route planner for people who work on the road. We built it to be private by default. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.
The app has no account and no server of our own. Your trips, stops, addresses, notes, mileage logs, your name, and your home/base address are stored only on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to this data. If you set an AI provider key, it is stored encrypted on your device and is never sent to us.
Some features send data to third‑party services to work. We only send what the feature needs, and only when you use it:

These providers process the data under their own privacy policies. We do not control their practices.
With your permission, the app uses your camera and photo library so you can capture or select a list of addresses to import. Images you choose are sent to the AI service to extract addresses and are not stored by us or used for any other purpose.
Because your data lives on your device, you control it. You can delete trips in the app, or remove all data by deleting the app. Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are governed by their policies.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
